This centrally located apartment in Bellagio was perfect for my solo trip. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had plenty of storage space. I felt secure and the cleanliness of the apartment was impressive. The host provided thoughtful extras like a bottle of water and coffee for the cafetière. The communication with the hosts was prompt and they gave excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the convenient parking service offered by Andrea.

Appartamento Il Centro lived up to its name by providing a truly central location in Bellagio. The room was equipped with modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The database provided by the hotel was comprehensive and helped us easily find nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering to let us work from their office when the WiFi was not functioning properly.

The only minor drawback was the unreliable WiFi connection. While the staff did their best to fix it, the issue persisted throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The antique furniture and beautiful paintings gave it a nostalgic and homely feeling. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The hallways and common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, and there were comfortable seating areas where I could rest and relax.

I would have preferred if the children working there offered a daily seniors' activity or social gathering. It would have been nice to connect with other senior guests and have an opportunity to share our experiences and make new friends.

Water heater issue: water turning icy cold during showers was unpleasant. Inadequate air conditioning: portable unit was loud and not very effective, needing to open the window reduced its efficiency.
